Your Obligation is for the full length of your reservation. Your advance payment is for the last night of your reservation. The balance of your room charge is due upon arrival and will be charged on the day of your arrival, on the same credit card that you used for your advance payment, unless other arrangements are made in advance. Early departures constitute a cancellation. Changes to your reservation will be considered a cancellation and re-booking.
Non-Holiday Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 10 days or more before your arrival date will receive a refund of your advance payment, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made closer than 10 days of your arrival date, will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee, only if we can re-rent the room for your entire stay.
Holidays and Special Events Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required 30 days before arrival date, or at the time of reservation if less than 30 days. Upon cancellation, there will be no refund of advance payment unless we can re-rent the room for your full reservation, in which case a $25 processing fee will be withheld.
Group Reservations Cancellation Policy (More Than 2 Rooms to any one group):
Full payment will be collected 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a refund of your advance payment, minus a $25 processing fee per room. Cancellations made 30 days or closer before arrival will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee, only if we can re-rent the rooms for your entire stay. Group Cancellation Policy will apply even if rooms are rented individually.
Check-in and Check-out:
Our regular check-In time is 3 - 6pm. We may not be available before 3pm. We never guarantee an early check-in until the morning of the check-in. Call us between 8am and 10am on the morning of your check-in and let us know when you would like to arrive. We will do all that we can to have your room ready for you at that time. Please advise us in advance for arrivals later than 6pm. Our Check-Out time is 12noon.
Parking
We offer FREE parking in front of our entrance and directly across the street. Please be courteous of our other guests and neighbors by being quiet in our parking lot and entering the courtyard at night. Plus we offer FREE use of our cruiser bikes for carbon-free transportation!
Maximum Occupancy
Our guest rooms accommodate a maximum of two people. (This includes children and infants, sorry but no exceptions can be made)

LATE ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
When arriving late at night, please be considerate of our other guests by being as quiet as possible.
If you arrive after 6pm, there will be an envelope on our front gate with your name on it. Inside you will find a key to the gate, a map to your room and a key to your room. There will be another note on the door of your room with your name on it. If you have any problems, call our live-in Manager at 858-336-2078.
Minimum Age
Rendezvous is a romantic getaway for couples. The pool and hot tub areas are not fenced and not appropriate for children. Therefore, the minimum age for this property is 14. Sorry, but no exceptions can be made.
Visitors
If you have visitors meet you at Rendezvous, feel free to show them around the property, but please understand that the use of our property and its amenities are for paid Rendezvous guests only. If you wish to use Rendezvous property with your guests, plans and fees need to be arranged in advance.
Special Needs
Please let us know if you are allergic to down or have any other special needs.
Telephones
There are no telephones in our rooms to disturb your peace, however, a telephone is available 24 hours a day in our lounge and cell phone coverage is good.
Wireless Internet Access
We offer DSL wireless internet access and dial-up connections in the dining room at our Palm Springs Luxury Inn.
Other Amenities
TVs, DVD players, CD players, Coffee makers, refrigerators, microwaves, robes, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards are provided in all guest rooms.
Messages
If you need to receive a message at Rendezvous, please have them call 760-320-1178. We will take a message and post it on the door of your room. We will not disturb you unless it is an emergency.
Non-Smoking
All of our indoor areas are NON-SMOKING. Please be courteous of our other guests when smoking in the courtyard.
Pets
Sorry, but NO PETS are allowed on the property.
